### How do I get an API key?

Sign up at [platform.mippia.com](https://platform.mippia.com) and generate your API key from the [dashboard](https://platform.mippia.com/keys).

### What audio formats are supported?

MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, and OGG. 

### How long does processing take?

- AI Detection (Lite): 20-30 seconds
- AI Detection (Standard/Pro): ~1 minute
- Plagiarism Detection: 3-4 minutes
- Lyric Plagiarism: 10-30 seconds

If processing takes unusually long, it may be due to too many requests in the queue or an error occurring.

### Can I process multiple files simultaneously?

Yes, but respect your tier's rate limits. See [Rate Limits](rate-limits.md).

### Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only provided if the service has not been used or if there is an issue with the service. If you get any billing issues, please contact [us](https://platform.mippia.com/contact).
